 Hi! I’m Makayla McCarter, the founder of Modern Miles—where stress-free vacation planning meets down-to-earth money management. With a solid background in business, customer service, and community leadership, I bring a blend of professional expertise and real-life experience to help you plan with confidence. 

 I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Mississippi State University, working as a Teller at Trustmark National Bank, and in the process of obtaining my real estate license. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in banking, insurance, retail leadership, and staffing consulting—each role deepening my passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions. 

I started Modern Miles to help others take charge of their time and finances with smart, simple strategies. Whether you're planning a family getaway or trying to get ahead financially, I’m here to help you build systems that work in the real world—not just on paper.
